Free to check.
Pay to fix.
Checking whether an asset survives Apple Quick Look and the web is free, and stays free. Fixing is the product — either we repair a batch for you, or you run the optimizer yourself.
Check your files for free, have us fix your first 3 models for nothing (then $15 a model), and subscribe at $39/mo only if you ship 3D continuously.

Hand us the batch.
We repair your existing catalog. The first three models are free and take no card — you pay per model afterwards, once you have seen the work.

No card to start. We deliver the free models first, and only invoice if you want the rest done. $15 per model after the free 3, 10-model minimum, $12 per model at 25 or more.

Catalog Rescue is run by one person: Michael Montalbano, sole proprietor, New York. He does the optimization, writes the report and answers support@spatialpack.dev himself — there is no team here, and no queue in front of you.
Or run the optimizer yourself.
Checking is free forever and needs no account. Downloading the repaired file needs a free sign-in — 3 optimized GLB downloads every month on Free, back to 3 on the 1st. Pro when 3D is a weekly job, not a one-off.

Everything we get asked twice
- Use Catalog Rescue if you have a batch of models that need to be right and you don’t want to learn a pipeline to get there — the first 3 are free, then $15 a model, we do the work and you get GLB + USDZ back. Subscribe to Pro if new models keep arriving and you’d rather run the optimizer yourself. Most people only ever need the first one. Catalog Rescue details →Catalog Rescue and the Free plan both give work away, and the two are not the same allowance. Catalog Rescue repairs the first 3 models of the batch you send us — done for you, and it does not renew. The Free plan is a recurring allowance: 3 optimized GLB downloads every month, back to 3 on the 1st, for files you optimize yourself. They are separate counts, and using one does not spend the other.
- Drop any glTF / GLB and get the full report — unlimited, and no account needed. To download the optimized GLB you sign in (free, Google or a magic link); signed-in Free accounts get 3 optimized GLB downloads every month. The count goes back to 3 on the 1st of every month — it is a recurring monthly allowance, not a one-time credit. Run the CLI and the MCP server locally, over stdio, and every tool is free and unmetered — no key, no account, no quota. Quotas and API keys apply only to the hosted surfaces: the web app and the hosted API (including the MCP Streamable-HTTP transport). Generate a personal API key from the dashboard if you want to call the hosted API. The 25 MB upload cap comes from our hosting layer, not your tier.
- Stripe checkout from the dashboard or the pricing page.$39 / month, billed monthly. The 14-day trial starts immediately; Stripe collects a card at checkout and charges it on day 15, so cancel before then from the customer portal and you pay nothing. Cancel anytime after that too — Pro features stop at the end of the cycle, your job history stays readable. Every preset and pass is unlocked from day one, but optimized downloads are capped at 9 for the whole trial — three months of the Free allowance, so a trial always gives you more downloads than staying on Free would over the same fortnight, never fewer. That lifts to unlimited the moment the subscription converts.
- Generate a personal API key from your dashboard, then pass it as
Authorization: Bearer spk_live_...to any API endpoint, or runspatialpack loginto wire the CLI / MCP server. Keys are revocable from the dashboard. - Pro unlocks
web-desktopandquality-max(Free is web-mobile only), turns on the cohort-recipe auto-tune that picks the right pass combination per asset, ships LOD bundles, and keeps detail where the eye lands with saliency-aware decimation. The ΔE94 visual-diff gate ships in the CLI and the GitHub Action — it runs on your machine and on your CI runner, free and unmetered on every plan. - Often not — and that is what it is for.
quality-maxis an archival / fidelity preset: it keeps textures at up to 8K and preserves lossless PNG rather than re-encoding to WebP or KTX2. On a photographic asset whose source textures were already JPEG, that re-encode can make the output substantially larger than the input — on our own DamagedHelmet sample it is 69% larger raw and 87% larger gzipped. For anything you are shipping to a storefront useweb-mobileorweb-desktop. Every optimize that grows a file says so in the report and in the CLI output. - Yes — Agency is $299/mo, and SSO, dedicated capacity and the on-prem option are quoted per deal on the agency plans page.
Try Pro on your worst-offender asset.
Nothing is charged for 14 days — cancel before day 15 and you pay nothing. Drop in the GLB your designer keeps re-exporting and watch the cohort-recipe pass take it from 8 MB to the 800 KB target — without crushing the visual diff.
