Not a vague satisfaction guarantee. A specific one: if any model in your batch comes back without a measurable improvement — smaller at equal-or-better fidelity, or a readiness blocker resolved — the batch is refunded in full. You keep the files and the reports either way.

The parts people ask about before paying.
- What file formats can I send?
- GLB and glTF, from any source — Blender, Substance, a scanner, an AI generator, an agency handoff. That’s the honest limit of v0: FBX, OBJ, and STEP need to be converted to glTF first, and we don’t do that conversion as part of the $199. If that’s what you have, email us before paying and we’ll tell you straight whether it’s worth it.
- Is it really 48 hours?
- 48 hours from the moment we have your files, not from the moment you pay — so a Friday-night purchase with Monday-morning files delivers Wednesday, not Sunday. If a batch is going to take longer, you hear it from us before the clock would have run out, not after.
- What if one of my models can't be improved?
- It happens — a model that’s already tightly optimized has nothing left to give. If we can’t improve every deliverable in your batch, you get a full refund for that batch and keep the files and the reports. We’d rather tell you the pipeline had nothing to add than invent a win.
- Will my model still look like my product?
- That’s the constraint the whole pipeline is built around. Compression is gated on a visual comparison, and every USDZ is checked in Quick Look before delivery. Anything that changes the look in a way we can measure is either backed out or named in your report.
- Do I need an account?
- No. Checkout is guest — Stripe takes your email, and that email is how we deliver. No login, no seat, nothing to cancel later.
- What if I have more than 25 models?
- Buy one batch to see the output on your real catalog, then email support@spatialpack.dev about the rest. We’d rather you validate on 25 than commit a whole catalog to a vendor you haven’t seen work yet.
