Refund & Cancellation Policy

SpatialPack paid plans (Pro and Agency) are recurring subscriptions billed monthly through Stripe. Pro is currently USD 39 per month and Agency is currently USD 299 per month; current prices are shown on the pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing period until you cancel.

Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel, your subscription begins and your card is charged for the first billing period when the trial ends. The free analyzer tier (with its monthly download quota) remains available without any subscription.

You can cancel at any time from the Stripe customer billing portal, which you reach from your dashboard (“Manage billing”). When you cancel:

• your paid features remain active through the end of the current paid period;
• your subscription does not renew for the next period; and
• your account reverts to the free tier afterward.

Because each billing period gives you access to the paid features for that period, payments are generally non-refundable, and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial months or for unused portions of a billing period. Canceling stops future charges; it does not refund the current period.

We may, at our discretion, issue a refund or credit in cases such as a duplicate or clearly erroneous charge, or a billing error on our side. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction.

If you believe you were charged in error or want to ask about a refund, email support@spatialpack.dev with the email on your account and the charge details. To stop future billing yourself, cancel from the Stripe billing portal as described above.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes that affect an active subscription will apply prospectively, and we will update the “last updated” date above. This policy is governed by the law identified in our Terms of Service (the State of New York, United States).
